4. Our Design Process

1. Discovery + Initial Meeting: Each project begins with a conversation about your space—what you love, what you don’t, and what you hope to change. Whether in our showroom or during a home visit, we take time to understand your style by observing your home’s existing character, furniture, and artwork.

2. Understanding the Whole Home: Before designing the renovation itself, we evaluate adjacent rooms, traffic patterns, and how the new space will interact with the rest of your home. Function, flow, and cohesiveness are always part of the solution.

3. Design Phase (Average: 6–8 Weeks Average): Once measurements are taken, we begin creating multiple layout options. Most will reflect your wants and needs, but we always include one concept that represents the “if it were my house…” approach. This option—built from our experience and creativity—is chosen by clients 99% of the time because it solves challenges in ways they may never have imagined.

4. Order Processing (2–3 Weeks): After the design is approved, we finalize selections and begin ordering cabinetry, materials, and fixtures.

5. Cabinetry Manufacturing & Delivery (8–30 Weeks): Lead times vary depending on the manufacturer, style, and customization level.

6. Construction & Installation (Average: 10–12 Weeks Average): Our team manages the full build-out, ensuring every detail aligns with the original design plan.
